Outline
How I work
I operate as an independent technical working unit, delivering high-quality outputs for addressing environmental problems.
My service system is structured around three core values: (1) well-defined scope, (2) predictable workflow, and; (3) standalone outputs.
Clients and collaborators can expect minimal coordination overhead.

Domains of my work
Applied Hydrology & Environmental Systems. Practical solutions in catchment hydrology, water resources engineering, environmental assessment, and geospatial analysis.
Research & Development. Scientific work in environmental systems, including prototyping of analytical frameworks, development of datasets and software, and writing or co-authorship of publications.
Scientific Illustration & Storytelling. Production of technical figures, maps, and visual narratives that clarify environmental systems for reports, posters, and publications.

Categories of services
I work across a set of service categories, defined by different levels of engagement and delivery.
1. Standard methods
Deliverables for well-defined problems. Application of established methods in the environmental field, producing formal technical reports (signed documents) and standard analytical or visual outputs.
2. Development support
Tailored solutions for challenging problems. Design of custom models, automated workflows, and visualization systems adapted to specific project contexts.
3. Strategic advisory
Technical guidance for complex projects. Advisory support focused on improving the quality and consistency of technical decisions in ongoing work, occasionally complemented by short written memos.
4. Lectures and training
Shared knowledge and experience. Lectures and training in hydrology, environmental planning, hydrological modeling, and core research tools such as Python and $\LaTeX$.
Workflows and setting
Work is conducted primarily in a remote and asynchronous setting, with in-person meetings arranged when needed.
Depending on the service category, work is structured through:
- Linear workflows: direct execution from scope definition to final delivery;
- Iterative workflows: staged development with intermediate validation and refinement;
- Event-based workflows: scheduled sessions focused on review, guidance, and decision support;
Outputs are consistently documented, versioned when applicable, and delivered as standalone technical products.
Legal Information
Operations are based in Brazil, under a registered legal entity (CNPJ), enabling formal contracting and invoicing. Work can be conducted internationally, with payments handled in multiple currencies.
